On the morning of August 1st my scale read 174.5 lbs. This morning the reading was 161.5 lbs. I still have quite a ways to go as my goal is 155/size 10 pants ~ the weight I was as recently as two years ago and well within the ‘healthy weight range’ for a woman of 6 feet in height. I most definitely do not want to be where I was in early 2001 ~ at which time I only had 12% body fat (not exactly healthy for females). I believe I was in the low 140’s / pants size 6-8 at that time. *shudders*
I seem to be losing mass on my upper body more quickly than my lower (damnable drumstick thighs and ghetto-esque booty!) despite the fact my exercise routine focuses mainly on the lower body. My bras fit a bit loose these days and I’ve noticed a teeny bit of extra room in my pants…all encouraging signs. My tummy is a bit more flat, too (thanks to crunches while watching season 6 of the Simpsons =)
I did well losing weight this time last year but unfortunately when ‘Cro was constantly out of town I found solace in Uncle Vito’s & Papa Johns home pizza delivery *sobs* If you want to pack on pounds, eating a whole large pie (extra cheese of course) by yourself will certainly do the trick ;-p
